What are
your shipping charges? UPS Ground, 3 Day Select, UPS Next Day Air
and UPS 2nd Day Air are calculated by the shopping cart during order
checkout using UPS rates.
How will my order be shipped?
We ship UPS,
FedEx, and USPS. It depends on customer preference at time of order.
How long does it take for an order to be shipped?
We ask that
you allow 3-5 working days to process your order. Processing time
includes having the orders pulled either at the warehouse or the
manufacturer. After order processing, your order will ship via the
shipping method you select.
Has my order been shipped?
You will
recieve an email from Hunting Camo Gear confirming your order has been
shipped.
If it was
shipped USPS Post Office NO.
If it was
shipped UPS or Fed Ex we can try but it is not always successful and the
fee is $10.00 plus return freight.
Exchange/Returns: Customer ordered the wrong item, or does not want
item and wants to exchange it. What do I do?
For a more
prompt exchange/refund, please keep your invoice and call to obtain a
return authorization number.
If it is
neccessary to return merchandise for an exchange/refund, all merchandise
must meet the following conditions:
*Return in
original packaging
*Return
within 30 days
*Copy of
invoice enclosed with merchandise
*Enclose a
brief letter of explanation
*Merchandise
returned for exchange-will be charged a $10.00 exchange fee plus
shipping charges.
*Merchandise
returned for refund-will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
NO COD's
accepted.
*If the
merchandise you wish to recieve is "Out of Stock", a refund/credit will
be issued promptly. All returns for refund paid by credit card will
recieve a credit to the credit card.
* If
merchandise is defective in any way, call our customer service
department for instructions.

All products we sell are covered by the
Manufacturer.
Hunting Camo Gear only sells products from reputable
manufacturers who offer the end user sufficient warranty's.
We want to provide the best value for our customers,
therefore we do not believe in extended warranties for our products.
Customer received a package that was damaged in transit. What should
they do?
Your
customer should contact the package carrier (UPS, FedEx, RPS, or USPS)
and file a claim using the package tracking number.
Hunting Camo Gear cannot
accept merchandise damaged in transit. All claims must be filed with
the carrier.
What
is a return freight charge?
When a
customer refuses a package or UPS, FedEx is charging an Undeliverable
Package Return Charge. This amount will be the customers responsibility
and charged accordingly.
Customer’s order appears to be lost in transit. What should they do?
Instruct your customer that a
claim will be filed for the lost package. We will file a claim with the
package carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS). These claims can take upwards of
30 days.
If the customer would like a second
shipment to be made, they will be charged for the replacement order and
be credited for the lost order upon resolution of the lost package.
Customer received a defective item. What should I do?
If the
product is defective, then see manufacturer warranty list for return
instructions. OR email/call
Hunting Camo Gear customer service.
Customer has not
received product and wants to cancel the order. What do I do?Only
orders that have not yet been shipped or are not in process can be
canceled. If the order has not yet shipped or is not in process, notify
Hunting Camo Gear via telephone to cancel the order. It is important to
notify us immediately if a customer wants to cancel an order, as most
orders ship same-day.
If the order has been
shipped, the consumer will need to follow the
normal return process, if the package is refused then a return
freight charge will be added.
What is an address correction and why am I being charged for it?
Occasionally, we will be
billed for an address correction. UPS charges $5.00 (or $10.00 for
express packages) if the address given by our customer is not exactly
correct. Customer will have this fee billed to them.
What is "New" condition?
All products must be in new,
unopened condition if it is being returned to Hunting Camo Gear.
Examples of new, unopened products:
- A piece of clothing that still has the tags attached and/or has not
been worn
- A treestand that has not been assembled
Examples of products
that Hunting Camo Gear will refuse:
- A boot with mud on it (has been worn outside)
- A riflescope that has been mounted to a firearm
- A Leupold optic without the shrink-wrap around the original box
- Any bubble-packed item that has been opened
Refused items will be shipped
directly back to the customer, and will not be credited. We will also
absorb the return freight costs to the customer.

Please avoid open flames, sparks, or other items that could ignite the
material. Do not smoke while wearing your suit. All of our wearable
products are sprayed with a Fire-retardant. All Kits come with one lb.
of a Dry fire-retardant that the customer mixes with water, and applies
to his/her suit when finished. Follow the directions on the bag of
fire-retardant. In addition, We recommend Dry cleaning only. This is
because if you wash your suit, the fire-retardant will be washed off,
and therefor needs to be reapplied. We offer the Dry fire-retardant on
our website that should be sprayed on your suit, or other materials if
you have washed your suit with water. If you do wash your suit with
water, hand wash in cold water only, no detergent, and hang to dry.
Re-apply a fire-retardant immediately.
